I am a Creative Director for Say Sheji Group Sdn. Bhd. . Previously, I served as Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Project Manager and Operation Manager under various employers.
Throughout my careers, my key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders and vendors to ensure project/program success, implementing innovative solutions and business development. I had involved in multiple successful projects for big names such as Chow Tai Fook (MY),FELDA, Chatime, Original Cakes Malaysia, Aeon (M) Sdn Bhd, Tesco Stores (M) Sdn Bhd and Maju Holdings.
Building an effective online marketing presence has been a passion of mine. I had the chance to serve as the online marketing leads for a couple of my employers. It was a wonderful and fruitful journey. I am ready to move to the next level, particularly on bringing success to the company using the power of online marketing.
As a passionate employee, I am always motivated and go all out for the best. Putting 100% into everything I do is second nature. I am honored to be recognized for my work and had been promoted to senior leadership position after serving less than a year in the company. Nevertheless, I will not indulge in the success and will always strive for excellence.
Exposure in service industry requires me to be flexible. I am always ready to offer alternatives according to my clients’ need. It is also my responsibility to satisfy people I serve. I am also the first to voice up if I see something’s wrong. Over communication is better than under communication here. Conversation makes us understand each other. Every little details bring me and my clients closer to an agreement
I am a cantonese native speaker and is speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia well. This allows me to understand different cultures and values faster and forms a bond with people around me. It would be my pleasure to introduce my employers to the rest of the world with ease.
